We have created a waiting list that you can register on. If a seat becomes available at the conference, you may be offered a seat. If this becomes relevant, you will be contacted. Until then, you are only on a waiting list and therefore not registered for the conference.

Conference fee

• The conference fee 2026 = 1010€
• Price extra per night = 150€
• Exhibitors and Danish Defence Force members who attend only day events (lunch only, no accommodation) = 225€

All costs, accommodation and conference fee, are included in the above amount and must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out.
